Norfolk, Virginia’s Famlay may yet see the light of day for his debut major label release. After being dropped from Dej Jam a few years ago. Famlay finally gets a shot with his new single “Beeper” has been released to the public with a glossy video directed by the now legendary Hype Williams. Backed by a hyper paced handclap beat by super producers The Neptunes and an extremely catchy hook from Pharrell Williams Famlay spits the popular jargon of the day as he discusses his drug selling exploits and how much money he makes. Although, the topic matter is completely uninspiring and down right boring Famlay succeeds with an interesting and rather unique delivery.

The production is top notch as commonly expected with a Neptunes track and it looks like Famlay will finally get his time to shine on a National level!
